Standard Room (2 Queen Beds): $265/night

Deposit: One night’s payment required at booking

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged one night's rate.

  • "No Shows" will be charged the full American Plan rate for all nights reserved.

  • Charges apply for unused rooms and unclaimed meals per the agreement.

Book by July 7, 2025, for guaranteed rates.

Check-out: By 12:00 noon
Dining: Reservations for the Riverview Dining Room must be made 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Hotel rooms at the Nottawasaga are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately, there are no rooms available on Thursday evening. To book a room at the Nottawasaga, click here.

If you plan to stay for the Thursday Awards Gala and Friday morning sessions, we have booked additional rooms at the Red Pine Inn, a short 5 minute drive away. Online reservations are not available at the Red Pine. To book the Red Pine Inn, follow the instructions:
